Upgrading to a bigger SSD drive but I also have a HDD for storage will I be able to access after?

Okay here is my problem,

I am installing a new larger SSD to replace a 60G SSD. Windows 7 is the only thing on the SSD. I have a 2TB HDD for programs and data storage which is partitioned into 3 drives. After I do a fresh clean install on the new drive along with installing the program for data management for the HDD will I see the various partitioned drives?

Yes.

Just make sure you know which drive letter represents which hard disk and make sure you don't format them during clean install
