So a storm fried my ethernet port, and had a new network card installed. computer usually runs 26-37c (like mid 40s tops when playing games) but after I got it back and ran it up. Restarted PC to see if the internet would give me new IP etc etc Came back on, gave me the "CPU Overheat Error" on the BIOS. I logged in and ran RealTemp, and it's telling me (even now) the CPU temp across the board is like 99, 98, 99, 97-99 :\

in the BIOS the cpu temp monitored there records at 78C and stays there so I dunno why the massive temp jump. I was pretty careful in hauling it in my car back home (with AC on of course) and it's pretty cool in my apartment (60-65F). at all times so... I'm confused. I just wanted to fix my internet and now this sh** happens >.>

---PC Specs---
i7-4790K @4.0Ghz (non-turbo mode, non O.C.)
ASUS Maximus VI Extreme mobo
2x Superclocked (factory) GTX 780 TI's
2x 8GB DDR3 @ 1600MHz corsair vengeance RAM
Swifttech H320 watercooling system
Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit

Uhhh if I missed anything lemme know. Would really like to get my PC back to her normal self again with working internet >.> ((the new network card works btw but right now went back to laptop to post this because I might leave the PC off for awhile)) I reeeeaally hope I don't have to bring this back into another service shop *sighs* I can't keep affording to get it fixed, and I don't really trust myself to fix things lol

Well sorry for wasting everyone's time, apparently I was not as gentle as I thought I'd be..... some cables were loose on the back of the power distribution box or whatever it's called.... a little adjustment here and there, restart, and now temps are back to 30s-40s. So probably still a little loose but I can fix that ^_^
