Why is my computer only using 3 GB of RAM? I have 16gb!

Hello Everyone,

I am confused. Every time I try to render through Gopro Studio the system only uses 3GB of Ram. I have 16GB. Why is it not using the entire ram? and How can I fix it?

Then the next stop is checking if the software itself is 64bit as RGD1101 said above.
If it is 32bit it will be limited to 3gb no matter how much you physically have in the system.
