Laptop can't find wifi networks but other devices are able to connect.

Hi, I solved it on my Windows 10 Pro
Issue was Country Region on the Wireless Lan Card was set to channel 1-11
The Wifi APN was set to channel 13
Solution is as follows:
1. go to taskbar click on the magnifying glass
2. search for device manager
3. scroll down to Network Adapters
4. Right click on the Wireless LAN Card
5. Click on Properties
6. Choose Advanced
7. Choose Country Region (2.4Ghz)
8. Choose (1-14)
Try again and look at the wifi apn list, the Wifi APN SID should be able to seen now
