Okay. So, I was trying to fix the alignment/offset of the partition on my ssd. I tried to use minitool partition wizard to align the C:/ drive on my computer. When it started up again I literally can't open nearly any program except like Microsoft Edge and some other programs that came with Windows because of "The application has failed to start because the side by side configuration is incorrect please see the application event log or use the command line sxstrace.exe tool for more detail." I've been trying to figure out how to fix it ever since. If anyone can help in some way, I would be stoked. Thanks in advance.

Solution
there are 2 ways to fix this
1> system restore
2> reinstall every c++ runtime
how to do?
go to controll panel then uninstall software and uninstall every program called "microsoft visual c++ 2xxx redistributable..."
download all those
