Windows 10 comes out and I hear the news that I could get it, so I upgrade to the new windows. After I got it, almost all my files were gone, but my computer said that I was still using a lot of space. After this, I did a factory reset. Once the factory reset has transpired, I quickly looked at my storage space. "150 GB free of 910 GB" Does someone know what happened, and if so please tell me, thanks :)
(I was using Windows 8.1 before and used a tool from Windows in order to upgrade)

Heyy there, PuffyDragon!

I'd recommend you to check Disk Management and see how the drive appears there.
I'd also look for a folder named 'Windows.old', this is where your Windows 8.1 profile and all your files should be. Here's a link to an MS article that explains more about this folder: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-8/restore-files-upgrade-windows-old

Hope it helps. Keep me posted! :)
