FPS keeps dropping even on the lowest settings

I have a pretty good gaming setup that use to run all the games I had no problem. Now it seems like each game I play BattleField 4 all the way to counterstrike. I dont know if its the parts but it is getting anoying.
CPU: AMD (fx) 8350
GPU: AMD r9 270x
MOBO: 760GMA-p34 (fx)
PSU: 520w insignia

Im on windows 10 but it was doing it in windows 8 as well
