Best Mini ITX graphics card under $200ish?

I am going to build a mini itx rig inside of the cooler master elite 110. It can only fit a 210mm or shorter graphics card though. I have a gigabyte windforce 2gb r9 270x that I just upgraded from, and can probably sell it for around $150. Using that and some extra cash, so $200, what is the best card I could get under 210mm short?

this is probably your best option. Although a 270x is still a great card and i dont see why you are upgrading. It wouldn't be much of an upgrade.

These are also good options but only if you have decent airflow and a 500W power supply.
