Even if i got the gpu from Amazon i just go to geforce.com?

@Rudy, if you bought the part from Amazon, then try to return it to them. Their policy is no hassle, but I'm sure it depends on how long ago you bought it. Don't waste another moment debating, just go to the Amazon home page, click help at the top of the screen and then returns. You can choose chat or phone. Don't waste your time with email. Try it now and let us know how it goes.

Ok ill be sure to do that, but just for good measure if you dont mind answering this, ive had the gpu for at least 2 months i just want a replacement, so does it follow the same 30 day return policy or is this different?

Well you're clearly not within the return policy, but it's "possible" they may honor it. Depends if you get lucky or not. You should just chat with them now and find out. It's really not going to be a long drawn out process. Btw, who is the manfacturer of the card? MSI? EVGA?

yeah i really hope they do....its been crashing since i first got the thing...maybe i should factory reset my pc or something..but the manufacturer is MSI

I suggest that you initiate the RMA through Amazon and then if that doesn't work, MSI. While at the same time, you can troubleshoot the card. As far as the crashing.

Uninstall drivers with DDU -> reboot computer -> Install drivers only from Nvidia (not geforce experience) -> reboot computer. Any change?

If no change then check event viewer's application and system logs just prior to the crashes. What do you see ? Run Blue Screen view (http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/blue_screen_view.html) to see the mini dump reports. What do they tell you?

Ive uninstalled the drivers just recently with DDU(no change) and they arent always crashes, normally my screen goes black for a few seconds then the visuals come back on and i get a kernal error(sometimes) other times my screen goes dark and repeats the last played sound and then my pc re boots back up , i may re install them again because i had drivers from a previous graphics card installed still so i will also re test that but im not exactly sure what look for in the mini dump, nothing shows up
