Can you replace case side panel

Hi I got a 250 dollar budget to and I'm planning on upgrading from an fx-6300 to an i5 4460 and while I'm buying this I want to buy an after market fan (Cooler Master Hyper Evo 212) and I want to buy a NZXT Source 210. But I've heard that case BARELY (1-2mm) has enough space to support that cooler. Is it possible to take the side panel of my current case(Deepcool Tesseract bf) which has a raised side panel. Sorry for long and prob confusing post but thanks for any responses.

lol mate i dunno where you heard the eve 212 is quiet. it tops out at about 40dbs. which is comparable to a stock gpu blower unit.
most people that get em end up spending another 15-20 on a quiet fan for the evo 212. so there never really as cheap as some would have your believe.
yes for a budget cooler there good but they are noisy.
