CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO 82.9 CFM Sleeve Bearing CPU Cooler (£24.48 @ Novatech)

Motherboard: Asus M5A78L-M/USB3 Micro ATX AM3+ Motherboard (£44.93 @ Amazon UK)

Memory: Corsair Vengeance 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory (£40.18 @ Ebuyer)

Storage: Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive (£39.00 @ Amazon UK)

Video Card: Asus GeForce GTX 970 4GB STRIX Video Card (£255.64 @ Amazon UK)

Case: NZXT H440 (Black/Red) ATX Mid Tower Case (£89.98 @ Amazon UK)

Power Supply: EVGA SuperNOVA NEX 650W 80+ Gold Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply (£63.31 @ Amazon UK)

Monitor: Asus VX238H 23.0" Monitor (£129.68 @ Amazon UK)

Mouse: Corsair Sabre Wired Laser Mouse (£36.70 @ Amazon UK)

Total: £803.09

I would be looking to play games like FarCry4, CoD Blacks Ops 3 (when it comes out), TerraTech, TF2. At about 45-60 fps

Thankyou in advance if you reply (0:

Solution
Modified Deathrabit's build a bit so you can afford a better monitor. Try to find an AH-IPS monitor for the best color quality, also make sure It's 5ms.

+1; This is a solid build for under 800 quids with a great power supply that should handle all the games that you listed!
