So, basically I have 800 pound to spend on a gaming build woth a monitor and a mouse as I already have a good keyboard (steelseries apex raw) so far I have got this:

Modified Deathrabit's build a bit so you can afford a better monitor. Try to find an AH-IPS monitor for the best color quality, also make sure It's 5ms.
