32nm vs 45nm

Hi there
I'm going to buy new motherboard for my i7 2600k and i'm wondering is it ok to go with asus p8z68 v when it says it's 45nm. "LE" version of this motherboard is 32nm just like my cpu architecture, but does it relly matters?
