Any good suggestions for a good graphics card around 50 dollars?

I want to buy a graphics card for playing games like Saints Row IV, GTA V, Far Cry 4, Witcher3, Just Cause 3,etc.
I want to play this game without lagging. Resolution around 1024X768 would also be okay.
My budget for graphics card is around 50 dollars.
I have a PC of the following specs:
CPU: Intel Core i3-3210 CPU @3.20 GHz
Motehrboard: Intel DH61BF
RAM: 4Gb DDR3 memory (665 MHz)
Graphics: Intel HD Graphics 2500 (according to CPUz, my
graphics memory is 1804 MB)
PSU: Intex Techno 450 20 + 4 pin sata
Can anybody please suggest me a good graphic card within my budget?

For gaming GPU but you wont get any good GPu for 70$ save money until you have around 100-120$ and than buy GPU.

After that buy another 4gb of ram

When you will be upgrading your GPU also check if your PSU can supply enough power

The first thing I'd buy is a discrete GPU like a AMD R7 250. That would fit in your budget. But you'd need a PSU with at least 350W. Do you have that?
After you try the 250 then you might want to upgrade the RAM to 4gb 1333MHz.
