Solution

Finally got it working! uninstalling & reinstalling it seems to fixed it! i can finally install apps now! :D

Also thx for the replies & help man! :)
Hey there, Ghost_PC.

How did it come to the drive having a write protection in the first place? Did you had any issues with the HDD prior to this happening? Besides the DISKPART option, there's another one, which involves the registry editor, but I'd recommend that you don't try it if you don't feel too confident in your computer skills, because if you mess something up, it could lead to a lot of problems with your system. However if you decide to give it a go, here's a link, which has this method described, along with a bunch of other options: http://www.wikihow.com/Disable-Write-Protection

Hope that helps.

I dont know it worked fine and didnt get any write protection error before i upgrade my PC to windows 10.. maybe the upgrading thing could be the problem? :l
Im still avoiding the format method cause how big the files i got in there

Oh, I see. There have been many different errors reported with lots of devices after a Windows 10 upgrade. Perhaps there are some glitches and bugs that are still yet to be fixed.
If this is the case, then go ahead and try your drive with a different computer (preferably a Windows 7 or 8.1 one), to see if the same thing happens. You could also try accessing the drive via a Linux Live DVD/USB, to find out if the HDD is recognized and if you can get to your files.

Please keep me posted on your progress.
