Can I replace a Lenovo K430 mb with a GIGABYTE GA-H61M-S2PV or a ASUS P8B75-M/CSM . I am not worried about the wireless.

Lenovo motherboard gone bad and I am just trying to find something cheap that will work and use the existing cpu and memory.

Solution
When you change the MB from the OEM( like lenovo, Dell. HP) to regular brand MB, you need to know 1) You need the new copy of OS, because you can't use the old one in the new MB anymore. 2) Check the back I/O Shield panel to see you can remove it or not, if it can be removed then you are fine.
If your K430 has the i7 3770, then both MB can support the cpu.
