Good evening! I recently bought new laptop (HP Pavilion 15 n-013st) and I have a problem. After I shutdown my laptop, fan and power button light stay on. In order to shut it down completely I have to hold power button for a few seconds. I am using windows 7.
I also noticed that this problem occurs only after my laptop is runnig for several hours and when I play some games on it - when it gets hotter.
I've seen that I am not only one with this problem. I've read some tips which were supposed to help me, but none of them worked. I've also tried updating my BIOS but still nothing.
