I m starting my first build and i dont know if i should use the cpu cooler that comes with My Intel Core i5-4690K or buy another one.also I dont know what OS to get because i m probably gonna upgrade to win10(tell me your opinions if i should or not) and give me any advice or suggestion for my build i really would appreciate it : http://ca.pcpartpicker.com/p/t8ZMQ7
