Do I need nvidia drivers on an AMD video card?

So, I was uninstalling my drivers I had for my integrated video card, since I installed a radeon with the suggested drivers from the official amd site.
I didnt have any problems with any games/videos/programs, except one in particular *Blizzard launcher*.
Is there any way around this, since I dont have enough space in my main disk to re-install them, and Im having problems with finding the proper nvidia drivers to install, since the video card combo-box they have doesnt feature a Radeon Sapphire 7850

Solution
Normally you remove all the video card drivers before installing the new card. Then install the new card, and boot into bios and disable the integrated video card. Then boot back into Windows and install drivers for the new GPU.

Im aware, but the error message "Failed to create a graphics context" leads me to believe that by uninstalling the drivers for my integrated video card has led to this error.
Note that I uninstalled them 5 minutes before this error came up, which just adds weight to the possibility.
And my amd drivers are up to date, with only 4 days being passed since I updated them. :/

just like above, make sure all nvidia and intel drivers are removed, disable the integrated intel GPU as it shouldn't be needed, if problems still occur then try re-installing the AMD drivers.
One thing to note is the nvidia drivers tend to be extremely aggressive and can break any other graphical drivers in the system, so if you uninstalled them after installing the AMD ones you've likely destroyed the AMD ones and need to re-install them afterwards.

Another extra note for physX, normally if a game needs it and its through steam the needed physX will be installed automatically, but otherwise the best way to install the latest physX is to download the latest nvidia driver package > select custom installation when running it > uncheck everything except for physX > finish install and you should have the latest physX installed, which will run CPU-only (but still high quality usually).

Unless you have an Nvidia Nforce motherboard, there shouldn't be any need for Nvidia drivers on your system. It's been a while since Nvidia's made motherboards for AMD systems though.
