My computer turns on and is lighted and everything, but my monitor doesnt recognize the signal and stays black. Before this happened i was trying to fix a graphics card problem that said i had error code 43. I just got done installing display driver uninstaller so that i could uninstall the driver, but it said i needed to be in safe mode. So i restarted my computer and pressed F8, but my screen never turned on but my computer did.

Plug the monitor into the DVI/VGA port of the motherboard to see if that works. If you're already doing that plug the monitor into the GPU. If the GPU port works, that's good. If the motherboard port works, the Intel i5 integrated GPU is being used, and the AMD Catalyst needs to be reinstalled. If Catalyst reinstallation has no affect, contact CyberpowerPC, as the GPU is probably broken. If neither ports work, there is probably a motherboard issue, so you will need to contact CyberpowerPC.
