Kinda new to all of this, Please help me decide a CPU

Can anybody tell me if this list is all my computer is compatible with or if its all they are showing me

Also is there anyway i can salvage the case and the HardDrive and RAM. and just find a new motherboard that supports all of those plus a intel i5 CPU

So that list was Correct? Also are Hard drives universal or do motherboards need ot be compatible with them as well
And thanks for the quick response.
Also do you think its even worth the 68$ to upgrade to that CPU or would it not make much of a difference.

My budget isnt that Great but I would buy it piece by piece till i have a complete computer. I want to build a new computer but I dont know what parts would be compatible together and all that fun stuff. Do you know any sites that let u pick the parts but tells you if its compatible or not?
