My Dad uses the Adobe CS6 full Suite (he is a photographer) and wants to upgrade his PC. I would help him (being more tech-wise than him) but am struggling as I have no experience with the sort of components that are used in graphical computers. He uses Photoshop prominently but is wanting to utilise Premiere Pro as well. He wants a computer that can run these graphic intensive programs quickly and smoothly.
Current Specs:
GPU: Nvidia Gainward gtx660
CPU: Intel i5 2500
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-H77-D3H
RAM: 16gb Dual Channel x2
What would you recommend he upgrade?
His GPU seems a bit lack luster but the recommended GPU for graphical computers is the Nvidia Quadro 4000 which I can't find for sale in the UK and would be very expensive anyway..
