First of all, I have the original "The Sims 2" game, the 4 CDs version.

I realized that this old game graphics are compatible to my netbook system, so decided to try to install it. I thought that Ok, I may have to download a no-cd crack to play, since this kind of computer has no CD/DVD drive, but it's not piracy, since I have bought the original game, right?

I made a copy of the CDs in a flash drive. I assume there are no protection blocks form EA Games, since the installation has started when I ran the Autorun from CD1.

But now, it's asking for the CD2 to continue the process. And trying the Autorun file from the CD2 has no effect, it keeps telling me to insert CD2.

Could anyone pleeeeeeaaaaaase help me out? I just had a knee surgery and sooooo bored here... :'(

Thanks a lot!!

Try putting all the files of all CDs under same folder. Just copy and paste it on same folder and if any Copy and Replace menu appears, allow it. Then try installing the game.

See if it works.
