Is it good to have the psu fan face up and the Graphics card fans face down.

I put my power supply fan facing up and my graphics cards fans face down. Do i need to leave my power supply fan facing up or down?

It's better to have the PSU's intake fan facing down to pull in cooler outside air than to pull in the pre-warmed case air. PSU's operate more efficiently with cooler air. Also the case's internal air flow doesn't get disrupted.
