CPU: Intel Core i7 5930K
GPU:EVGA GeForce GTX 980 Ti Superclocked+ ACX 2.0+ 6GB
MOBO: MSI X99A Gaming 9 ACK Motherboard
RAM: G.Skill Ripjaws 4 F4-3000C15Q-16GRR 16GB (4x4GB) DDR4 Red
PSU: EVGA SuperNOVA 750W G2 Gold Power Supply
So that's the bones of the stuff i put in my pc what i want to know is why some programs are laggy. For example when i open Nvidia Control Panel it take about 30 seconds for it to load up and allow me to click on things in the menu. Same thing happens when closing programs, like the sound mixer when you open or close it, it takes about 30 seconds to allow you to do anything with it. Do you think it could be a few corrupt file with the windows 7 64 bit install i did or could it be something else.
