there is windows 10 drivers for h97 fatality killer but not a single utility.

There is only win8 version. Will Asrock made windows 10 version of utilities like F Stream or is OK to use win8 version. If so can Asrock just update download page with windows 10 utilities.

I have tried this, and it does not work consistently. Most of the time, the utility will attempt to start up, but then an error pops up:
This utility is not for this platform!
Followed by:
Error code: 6
Here are the windows (the first is hidden by the f-stream logo, can't make it let the window come to front for snippet):
Capture
Capture1
Update: The images are now publicly visible.

Same here,
But it worked ok until I transformed aii disks to GPT.
I do not know if this is the case or a coincidence.....

As long as I had all MBR i worked OK
On SM951NVMe on GPT and in CSM in combined mode so SSD om MBR couls work - it worked OK.
Now all disks are on GPT and the CSM is disabled - and I get same codes as you when opening F-stream.

I've noticed that on an occasional boot, the f-stream utility works just fine. Settings are remembered, and the motherboard seems to remember them too (the fan settings still apply). My disks were GPT to begin with, since my BIOS requires it.

Also, the windows 7 version worked fine in windows 7, so there isn't anything hardware related in my case.

Hi,
I'm Davis from ASRock HQ TSD.

Please refer following steps to re-install F-stream once again on windows 10 x64.
By default F-stream installer put files in: c:\Program Files (x86)\ASRock Utility\F-stream\

Now please make new install path and put F-stream in windows 10 x64 program files folder:
c:\Program Files\ASRock Utility\F-Stream\

Thanks a lot !!

This has worked so far. Time will tell if that was the real problem, but I was able to install the windows 8.1 64-bit version for my motherboard (Fatal1ty 990FX Killer), and it worked without any issues. I can also use the new XFast RAM feature now, even though I have no current use for it.

Sorry, the solution has not worked. I just started up my computer, and it showed the same error messages as before when it tried to startup with Windows. I also tried to run the software again from the shortcut, but it still did not work. I do not urgently need this to be solved, but it is annoying to deal with the error message upon every startup.

Ikr, it is really annoying that all my drivers and utilities are installed, but this one...I have to go to the bios to do shit.

I had this problem too and I tried all the shit that Asrock said, but it didn't work. For the last time I used the App Shop utility that Asrock has and installed F Stream from there, it worked for me so try it out.

If you didn't still get it, use the App shop utility to get F-Stream.
