How long for an RMA?

So I got an RMA from Overclockers for my G1 GTX 980 Ti as it has coil whine and was wondering how this works.
Do they only send me a replacement when I have sent back the faulty one? How long will this take?

They will usually only send you a replacement when they have the the defective unit. They may test the defective unit prior to replacing it. I would think two weeks round trip would be normal.
