Apologies if this is the wrong place but I'm new the forums and the wonderful world of PC building in general! I'm considering getting a new desktop PC and although I've toyed around with building I just don't think I'll have the time at the moment.

I've been looking around at places to buy a custom build and the two I've found are Palicomp and Chillblast.

I was just wondering what people's thoughts on the two were and whether there are any better alternatives?

Thanks in advance!

There isn't a lot of love for pre-build PC's or referring you to a "build your own" PC shop. Rather you will see a lot of responses suggesting you build it yourself. ...it isn't a daunting task. For starters, share with us your budget and intended use. After you see the type of systems you can build yourself, compare them with what you can have built for you. You will very likely see the trend of getting higher quality and better performing hardware when building it yourself...

I'm not a heavy heavy gamer but I play a lot of graphic heavy/memory eating games . My budget is £700-800 and I also do a lot of multitasking but no photo or video editing.

As I mentioned I have toyed with the idea of building my own but it would be a longer term project.

This is one of the best pc Newegg offers: http://www.newegg.com/global/uk/Product/Product.aspx?Item=9SIA0AJ1R09752

But here's one for your budget: http://www.newegg.com/global/uk/Product/Product.aspx?Item=9SIA0AJ2TH1168

+1; This is a solid build for under 800 quids that will handle every game out today at Ultra settings!

What country are you located in? Are you buying from the US or another country? I have not heard of those PC vendors.

Wow, I've got to say that looks brilliant for the price, thanks so much for that

That's definitely given me something to think about!
