i have a Msi R9 290 with 4 ggb of vram, i can run any other game at highest settings 60+ fps. There is something wrong here...

my cpu has a min of 5 celsius idle and 30 max idle. under load it gets to a max of 60 celsius.
my gpu gets up to 75 but never goes any higher.
