Hi, Good day to all, I have 3 laptop and 3 mobile phones connected on a wifi router, we have the limited data usage policy from our ISP with the monthly limit of 20GB with 8mbps, my brother uses the 15GB within 10 days. so i planned to restrict the speed of 1mbs of maximum for all other pc and mobile except mine. i have tried with QOS but i works only when the all the system gets connected, but i need even if my brother alone connects to the network he should use the maximum of 1mb speed not more than that, so is there any option available or any hardware or router is there to achieve this, please help.
