Hi, This is my first time building a PC so any assistance will be greatly appreciated!

Approximate Purchase Date: e.g.: this week (the closer the better)

Budget Range: $1,500 inclusive of all charges

System Usage from Most to Least Important: Music editing with a 1440p display, if possible, light video editing, light gaming

Are you buying a monitor: Yes

Dell S2740L 27-Inch Screen LED-lit Monitor

Do you need to buy OS: No

Preferred Website(s) for Parts: Amazon

Parts Preferences: Intel, the rest i'm not sure

Overclocking: No

SLI or Crossfire: No

Your Monitor Resolution: 1440p if possible or 1080p

Additional Comments: Quiet and a small form factor PC would be ideal.

And Most Importantly, Why Are You Upgrading: I was supposed to buy a Mac, but my friend convinced me otherwise. So here i am hoping to see the 'light' as he said.

i5 4590?

So far, these are the few parts that I'm actually fairly confident with. However, I'm really unsure to the rest of the parts.

This will be an excellent system for gaming, music production and editing in a small package. The case is a cube case, and the advantage of ITX cube cases are space for components and cooling.

The SSD is more up to date than the Samsung SSd 840 series and the HDD is also faster with more storage. The Motherboard has on-board AC standard wireless and the monitor is excellent.

I hope you like it.
