I have a 2x2GB DDR3 dual channel Crucial Ballistix Tracers PC3 12800 and the bios has been set to auto and they run at 1333 9 9 9 24 but 4GB isn't enough now in windows 10 while gaming.

Should I buy another 4GB and match timings / voltage for another 1333 kit and does it matter what if they aren't crucial? or should I just upgrade to an 8GB kit?

This is a kit I was considering today but not so sure about the 11 11 11 28 timings but they are 1600.

Online gaming is mostly where the Ram is hitting 80-95%. Not sure what you mean by running the CPU to check memory. But my CPU is seemingly running fine and cool and no where close to the Ram spiking issue.

my apologies, I meant RAM.

You should look into an 8 GB kit because it'll benefit you in the long run, whether you alt+tab out of a game or tab+shift during a game to check the browser.

this is a very good kit to have, I never had trouble with it at a low cost of $54

Is it worth the extra $15-$20 to get 9 9 9 24 rather than 11 11 11 28? With the older system I have do those timings matter? I thought the straight benifits from 4 to 8GB would be enough? And the 1600 over the 1333. Sorry I just don't know a lot about the timings.
