Really loud static noise comes through headset AND speakers

I dont know what is going on, I have this really bad, really loud static noise that is constant and comes through both my speakers and headset when i plug it in. please help!!

do you still have static if you unplug speaker from system .

Yes. no matter what audio device is plugged in it comes out of it.

then i would check front panel audio connector on the motherboard if it is well plug in if that not change you could have a ground issue from the system or wall oulet that pick up static this is hard to find .

Read on another forum to try moving my psu plug to another outlet because sometimes it can happen if too many things are plugged into the outlet. It fixed it for me but others can still hear static through my mic.
