Solution
Hi,
Go to "Programs and Features" in control panel.
In the upper left, click "View installed updates"
Find update KB 3035583 and uninstall it.
Reboot.

Removing the update KB3035583 does NOT cancel an already scheduled install of Windows 10. That only removes the prompt to reserve and download your copy of windows 10. If you have already scheduled the install there seems to be NO way to cancel that. You can keep rescheduling it but you can't cancel it. MS is forcing you to install windows 10 now!!

How do you keep rescheduling it?

I would think your solution will solve the problem.... after all the windows 10 install is an update.... However if you do not want windows 10, I would strongly consider making sure you check to make sure your month to decide whether or not to revert is not up. After a month of Windows 10 being on your machine from what I am told you cannot revert back to windows 7 and your license is not any good. After that you have to use Windows 10. That is what I have been told.
