i will be needing a gaming /editing pc with the best performance i can get for $1700 for gaming and video editing. keep in mind i have not built a pc before, but have been doing lots of research on how to do so. i would like to be running games at about 1080p i am wiling to go a little over budget.

this is in budget and is probably as good as it gets in this price range and includes a 1440p 144htz monitor.
Im assuming you need an OS but can make changes if you already have one.
