Hi, i have the H55M-S2H (rev 1.0 or 1.1) MB and i have 4GB of RAM (Kingston KVR1333D3N9/4G) and i have Windows 7 Dual Booted with Windows 10 everything is Perfectly fineuntil i decided to upgrade my RAM to 8GB. I chekec GIGABYTEs website and i saw that it supports up to 8GB of RAM. So i bought the (Kingston KVR13N9S8/4) RAM, i installed it on the B Channel i powered up the computer and when it comes to the windows boot (where the starting windows and microsoft logo shows up) it freezes on windows 7 even the logo dont appears on Windows 10 after a brief delay it restarts. I then swapped the RAMs and same thing happens again. Then i took out the old one and left on the new one only and when i power up on windows boot on windows 7 i get Blue Screen with an error. (i tried it on the both channels)
"A problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your compuer.
IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL............"

few points: i checked both RAMs were almost the same (Size, Voltage, Clock speed etc.)
BIOS version F3. BUT BIOS is detecting (when i have both RAMs) 8GB of RAM.
Please Help ME! and if i have to do an BIOS update does it matter if i download the one for rev 1.0 or 1.1? because i really dont know which one i have. THANK YOU!

Should be a jumper on the mobo and instructions in your manual - or simply unplug the power and remove the CMOS battery from the mobo for a few minutes, then reinstall the same way it came out (and will have to reset the date and time (either through the BIOS or Win)
