Disabled graphics adapter from device manager

I accidentally disabled the Intel HD graphics adapter and I only get black screen.
Tried getting into BIOS but I can't even figure that out since I can't see it.
Tried resetting CMOS by removing battery but no luck.
Tried disconnecting HDD to hopefully boot from CD, still nothing.
How do I solve this?

Try booting into safe mode ( tap f8 while at your motherboard's loading screen when you turn on your computer)

if on windows 8+ you have to go into advanced startup options and select startup options

I dont understand here.. is there actually signal on the monitor that your pc is booting up and it shows your motherboard loading screen or?

No loading screen. I've never seen the loading screen on this PC. Monitor is connected though.
