DirectX 12 or 11/11.2?

With the release of direct x 12 with windows 10 i am wondering whether i should upgrade my graphic card. I'm thinking of buying a Dx12 supporting graphic card such as gtx 960 or above.should i be worried about getting a dx 12 graphic card or should i go for an older card like gtx 760 or 680.im on a tight budget,microsoft insists that dx12 perform greater than its previous versions..is dx 12 that great or are they just pretending?

Wait for the price to come down. Nearly nothing will take advantage of DX12 for at least around a year.

Every new iteration of DX12 will bring in improvement than previous version of DX. but it is still up to game developer actually adopt them. DX10 adoption was almost none existent. Just recently more and more game using DX11. I don't see any different with DX12. Probably a few Triple A title next year. Wide adoption won't happen soon.
