i check some solution online they say not suffcient psu.. my smps have 4 pin cpu connecter and motherboard have 8 pin connnecter slot..so i think if i use 4 pin to 8 pin connecter can problem slove ? .. my pc config : amd fx8320 graphic card nvidia 750 ti , psu 450watt plz help

I doubt you would have sufficient PSU. Try upgrading your PSU for sure. an SMPS is quite outdated for a card like the 750ti and most Motherboards. If you upgrade your Motherboard/PSU it should fix it as your motherboard should not have an 8 pin connecter and your cpu should not require a connecter at all.
