Im buying the r7 370 with 4gb ddr5 memory but i only plan to play league of legends on low detail to get 200+ fps so would it

1080P or under will only use 2GB of VRAM. A hand full of games will sometimes need more but usually 2 GB is suffice.
1440P 4GB is highly recommended.
For LOL 2 GB is no where near the amount you need. Even a 1 GB will suffice for a game like LOL. LOL can run on a potato.

4GB is a waste on a graphics card like the R7 370. Any situation that would require more than 2GB would require a more powerful GPU anyway.
Bear in mind the 370 is a rebadged 7850, and those used to come in 1GB and 2GB versions. 4GB is just dumb.
