I am building my rig and the main parts are intel core i5-4590 @3.3GHz and MSI Gtx 960 4G. I'll be getting 8GB(2X4GB) Ram too. So my question is how many fps would I be getting with the i5 and gtx960? The games i usually play are Minecraft and CS:GO and some other steam games.
Note: I am using an i3-3110M @2.40GHz and Geforce GT 620 and I can run minecraft (with low settings) on around 100-200fps and csgo (on low settings) around 20-40fps so I would want my rig to be way more than that.

whatever your reasoning i will never comprehend it. You do realise a 60hz monitor can not display any more than 60fps right? You will get 5 pieces of 5 frames displayed on the screen every cycle at 300fps/60hz, its called screen tearing when that happens. CS go i can kind of understand because its a fps where you want low input lag and all. Anywho, a 4590 and a gtx960 should be able to do the trick
