what PSU to buy or compatible with my GPU

guys i need some advice on what PSU to get for my current build

CPU- intel i5 4460
mobo- B-85 pro gamer
GPU- r9 380 nitro
RAM- 8gb ddr3

oh and my current PSU is Techwill P4-650w ( It is generic i think)
pls help

also don't forget that seasonic has 5 years warranty instead of evga's 3 years

is it better than the seasonic m12?, sorry, tbh i really don't know much about PSU's....im from the philippines btw...and i dont know how much it cost here
