Overclocking G3258 with Intel Stock Cooler

Is it possible to see atleast 4.1ghz? I am not planning to buy a cooler until I upgrade the system to i7 4790k. I have arctic silver 5, should I replace intel cooler's pre-applied with arctic silver 5?
