reset bios defaults but forgot how to increase ram frequency

my cpu had been overclocking on its own ( i5 4690K) to 4.2 Ghz and i dont want to overclock right now since my cooler isn't powerful
so i reset cpu defaults on AI SUITE 3 and i forgot that it also resets Ram default settings
now i have to remodify my ram in BIOS to increase frequency (1866)mhz
i am using 2x8 GB CORSAIR LOW PROFILE 1866 DDR3
mobo asus rog maximus vii ranger
cpu i5 4690k

no you dont need to modify voltage, if you leave DRAM frequency and enable XMP instead it should set it all to 1866 for you, try this and see if it works.
