Help me choose a low end GPU

I'm looking for a good low end GPU for my computer and I found these GPUs at my budget
1.AMD Radeon R7-250 1GB DDR5
2.NVIDIA GeForce GT 730 GC 1GB DDR5
3.NVIDIA Ge Force GT 640 1GB DDR5

my PC specs are:
Intel i3 550 3.2ghz
4gb ddr3 ram
Intel DH55TC motherboard
windows 7 ultimate 64 bit
(I know this config sucks)

please choose me the better GPU among these
I should me able to play GTA 4, sleeping dogs, NFS most wanted 2012 edition, grid 2 and similar
(I can't afford to invest any more money. only these three fits in my budget).

1 Gb of of vram is not enough for most new games, the gaming experience will be really bad as well in my opinion, i reccomend saving for a few months and getting one of these:

nvidia gtx 750 ti

these cards are both 2gb in vram and peform a lot better, with the r7 370 being the faster one

the 750ti is around 120 dollars and the r7 370 around 150 dollars.
with these cards you will have the most performance per dollar
