Hello

The BSOD MEMORY_MANAGEMENT first occured about 2 ish months ago. It happened like 1-2 times therefore i did not paid much attention to it. The recent development started about 3 days ago when i got a new graphics card. At first after installing the graphics card driver and restarting there was no display the whole screen went blank but after removing my both ram sticks and putting them back got me up to Welcome screen.

Now the real problem started as soon as everytime i reached the welcome screen i started getting the said BSOD. so I did memtest on one of my RAM (hynix 4gb ddr2 1066mhz) and it showed a lot of errors.

(i ran memtest on my other stick too till 2 passes and havent found a single error yet)

So my question is, all of these problems, the no display after restarting and the BSOD will it be fixed if I replace My RAM or will I have to replace something else too? because these types of error happened not very often when I had my old graphics card and everything ran fine

my config-
Win 7 Ultimate x64
6gb ddr3 1066mhz(2sticks-1x 4gb, 1x-2gb)
320GB WD HDD
Core i3 4150-3.5ghz
ASrock H91m-S1 Plus
Zotac Nvidia GTX 750Ti

Thanks
