Yes, but I would just get and R9 290. it has the same amount of VRAM but a better core. all for the same price. you could also get another R9 270X and crossfire.

The 380 would be a more power-efficient GPU (about two thirds the TDP of the 290.) The 380 is also a newer card and has support for Windows 10 DX12 with a slightly higher effective memory clock speed. For more raw power, go with the 290. For a power efficient, newer GPU, the 380 is a better choice.

As for efficiency and DX12, the rest of this build is not DX12 ready so why bother? if power is the limit get the R9 380, but if not Corssfire or R9 290.
