So my specs are : amd-athlon-ii-x2-270-3-4ghz
4gb
500gb-
amd-radeon-hd-6570

How good will a GeForce GTX 750 Ti do with these? I heard that the PSU must be strong enough to carry it, how do I know if it is or not? Where can I look exactly?

Yes, the GTX 750 Ti will be fine with even the lowly Athlon II X2 270. I just put together a HTPC re-build using an Athlon X2 260 and a Low Profile GTX 750 Ti. Little to no bottleneck depending on the game.

The +12V rail is the PSU spec that will be most important. Look on the PSUs' nameplate for that info. Or pass on the make and model of the PSU. Chances are, you are fine unless the "500W" PSU is an el cheapo.

I can't check it right now, but I have to get the card now. I bought all of these togherter, do you think the PSU would be strong enough? I really need it now and I can't check it in anyway cause I am away.

It's going to be hard to say definitively without knowing WHAT power supply you have. But the GTX 750 Ti will demand about 10W more than the HD-6570 at max load. http://www.hwcompare.com/17320/geforce-gtx-750-ti-vs-radeon-hd-6570-oem-1gb/
So if you had no problems with the HD-6570, you probably will be OK with the GTX 750 Ti. But get back to us when you can check the PSU's nameplate.
