Should I buy another GTX 760(sli) or a single GTX 970?

On eBay the GTX 760 are going for really cheap as low as <$100 if I can get lucky, and just a little above it for most of the cards. A GTX 970 is around 300 bucks and I just don't have that kind of money to spend right now. Actually, the problem isn't really so much as deciding right now, as I really don't want to wait and I doubt a GTX 970 price drop will happen anytime soon, but I have a couple of concerns.

I don't know if my PSU is up for another GTX 760. I have a 650w Seasonic: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817151118

Some people say they got away with it, but I'm not so sure: http://www.reddit.com/r/buildapc/comments/1k3tpz/build_help_is_650w_enough_for_an_sli_set_up_of/
From that thread, going with the mindset that two GTX 760's perform with 200 watts under full load, and my i7 4770k goes just under 100 watts, I should be fine?

Also, the GTX 760 I have is a 2gb model. Will that alone make me regret buying another one? I play at 1080p but apparently GTA5 uses a lot vram, and I'm not so sure about future games.
Thanks for your time.

As WildCard99 said. you should better buy a 970 by selling your GTX 760. That will make your rig more power friendly plus you will not have the headache of heating that you'll get with an SLI.
