Thank you for all the input in putting this together.

Requirements not high. (I'm sure at this total, many are going to say a better gpu :) ) But some pieces are overkill because I'd like to have a play down the road with overclocking, liquid cooling and crossfire. My 2 biggest debates were the Evo cooler in the build or a seidon liquid cooler for another $10 and the PSU in the build or a Corsair RM850 Gold also for another $10.
Open for other changes if needed.
Thank you for everything!

The RM850 is a far worse unit that the one you chose. The one you chose is a great PSU and is always recommended :) The RM850 is honestly quite the pathetic power supply. If you don't like the looks of the Evo or think it is the most unoriginal thing someone could use (because it kind of is), then buy the CRYORIG H7 or H5. It looks better and is quite unique. (Not a lot of people have it due to Cooler Master's market hype).

Also, that is an absolutely massive case. My mid tower is far big enough for me already. I couldn't imagine having a full tower where I game :p Not really a problem though, just making sure you are aware of its size.

All looks good though :D

EDIT: Oh and one last thing, I noticed some people having issues with the...

EDIT: Oh and one last thing, I noticed some people having issues with the Extreme 4. I don't recall exactly what the problem was but I believe it was something to do with the system not booting. Basically the motherboard just dies..

Thank you for the MB change recommendation, which means 1 more question. I'm not seeing a great deal of differences to justify the additional price over your first MB listing. (going with a blue look eventually which took away the other gigabyte. Just go with your first one or do are the asus enough better?

(Seeing that Cryorig Customod was a bad thing! :) )
