(Not sure what category to put this in)
Games are dropping below 60 when watching a video or twitch stream and playing a game. I very much doubt its a hardware performance issue as I normally get 120+ frames on the games that I have tried this with. If its a software problem then I'm using chrome if that helps.

Thanks for any feedback.

sorry i was so slow to reply. moving sucks lol. thx for the specs btw. as far as i can tell i see no obvious reason for your slow down. you might try another browser to see if it makes any difference and i would consider a solid running of anti-malware and anti virus as well. Check your ram usage while gaming and watching video. 8gb is getting fairly standard min. its possible though i think unlikely you may need to jump to 16gb. hope this helps and let me know if i can do more. move almost done i promise to be more diligent in checking in with you and again so sorry i was slow to reply

Don't know what the solution is, but I've always had the same issue with Twitch. It has to do with how they encode their videos. Youtube/Netflix/Whatever works just fine, but Twitch massively drops my frames if I have it running while a game is playing. The only way to "Fix" it is to mimize which kind of ruins the whole point of having it up.
